Aerial Yoga is a relatively new approach to a traditional yoga practice. We use a silk fabric called a ‘hammock’ or ‘swing’ to support the weight of our bodies, helping us achieve various postures with more depth, ease and excitement.
Barre classes are the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardio vascular intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate and burn fat! Barre incorporates the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. This low impact workout combines light weights with other props to ensure you get a challenging workout every time!
Buti Bands is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to lift and shape your booty while toning and strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval.
Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 75-90 minutes + 7 minute meditation.
Buti Sculpt builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high intensity interval training) based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during the high intensity round. HIIT workouts kick the body into heightened metabolic state and optimizes the body’s ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate and maximum effort and these effects can last up to 36 hours post-workout.

Core Strength Vinyasa
A fast paced class designed to build strength and endurance. Vigorous yoga flows can be challenging and playful. Music supports this practice in the build and flow. This class is intended to offer options for students to experience, develop, and customize to where they are at each moment by tuning in to how their bodies and minds are feeling. Breaks are encouraged.
Kids yoga is a class for all skill levels. We will practice a variety of breathing techniques to soothe, calm and energize. A series of asana’s (postures) will be practiced throughout class, focusing on flowing from pose to pose and also holding poses for extra challenges. Kids yoga is a great way for kids learn how to cope with stress, deal with anxiety through stretching and breathing and a fun way to teach them how to look within for help in solving problems.
Gentle yoga helps one release the pace of the world by turning within and nourishing oneself. Experience fluid and natural movements complimented by mindfulness and breath rhythm. Enjoy the aroma of essential oils while soothing sounds fill the air.
Hip Hop Yoga
Hip Hop Yoga is an all levels class. The energizing, upbeat atmosphere will inspire your body to flow and awaken through a vinyasa style yoga practice and balancing postures finishing up with a closing stretch and cool down all while listening to fun hip hop music.
HotCore is a 30-minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, HotCore is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in HotCore build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Most HotCore classes consist of 4-5 pre-set sequences at the discretion and timing of the instructor. Students need to bring socks to class to help feet slide on the floor.
Hot Yoga is a vinyasa style flow or a dynamic connection of movement with breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. Creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom or higher state of consciousness. All levels.
Mindful Movement is a gentle class inviting students to learn to listen to the body through breath and movement with the intention of cultivating a sustainable yoga practice. We follow an embodiment approach to feel awake and alive, and to encourage healthy movement through all stages of life. We will incorporate pranayama (breathwork) and strength building postures with slow transitions adaptable to your body. This class is ideal for all levels of experience and all bodies. It is great for stress reduction and inviting a practice that serves you.
Pilates class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program that improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core.
Blast your fitness to the next level! This class will increase not only your strength more but your confidence level! You will learn the fundamentals of pole such as walking, basic spins, floorwork and mounting/climbing the pole. Intro to pole will build your strength and body awareness to prepare you for the next level!
Power Yoga is designed to encourage body equanimity and emotional harmony. Sequences are challenging and promote perspiration and liberation. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body allowing for rapid results.
Recovery Yoga is an alternative pathway for substance abuse and trauma recovery. Recovery Yoga is a safe space to heal your body, mind, and spirit. All sizes, abilities, and backgrounds are welcome.
Slow Flow and Restore
Slow Flow and Restore is a combination class offering slow flowing intentional movement through yoga poses to cultivate strength, ease, and mindfulness for the first portion of the class. The class ends with a gentle restorative practice to receive rest and build stores of energy in longer held, prop supported poses to allow the nervous system to find connection and ease.
Let’s positively move our bodies and get stronger together! Regardless if you are just starting out or if you’ve been throwing weight around like a champ for years, you will enjoy the challenges, lean muscles and belly laughs we’ll share together during this class. We will use our own body weight, as well as safely sanitized strength tools like dumbbells and barbells in this circuit style class. Intimidated by weightlifting? No need, in this fun and safe learning environment where we pump each other up!
This all levels vinyasa flow class emphasizes full movement united with breath (prana). Using energetic sequences to encourage flexibility, strength and bring balance into your practice, your instructor will bring you through dynamic flows of the basic asanas (poses) as well as the traditional sun salutations.
